When you are shopping on our website, you are automatically accepting our terms & conditions. Therefore, we recommend that you read the following carefully before placing your order.

PRICING POLICY

All prices are shown in USD. Prices do not include shipping fees. International orders may be subjected to taxes and/or import duties at your own expense.

PAYMENT

We accept payment through paypal and debit and credit cards.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Your order will be shipped within 10 business days from the time you place your order. When your order has been shipped, you will receive your Royal Mail tracking number by e-mail. Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays. Some delays can occur during busy periods and public holidays. BRIDES & HAIRPINS cannot be held responsible for any delays with the shipping agent. Within the UK we always ship with Royal Mail first class signed for to ensure that your parcel arrives safely at your house.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

BRIDES & HAIRPINS will accept items for exchange or refund within 10 days of your delivery date. Your item must be returned in new and resalable condition. Sale items are non-returnable. Exchanges and returns will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed it may take 5-10 days to receive your refund and or reorder. We cannot refund shipping charges on returned items. Shipping charges will be deducted from returns (including those orders that qualified for free shipping) at a rate of either £5.00 or £10.00 depending on the size of your shipment.  A Return Authorization must be obtained BEFORE returning any items.
